No day passes without someone being bullied. Bullying is abuse and mistreatment of someone vulnerable by someone stronger, more powerful and Cyber bullying is the electronic posting of mean-spirited messages about a person (such as a student) often done anonymously.

Bullying has so many bad effects on the victim. It makes one lose confidence and self-esteem and it becomes so hard to build these virtues after the bullying has stopped. Some victims of bullying even go to the extent of committing suicide because they have been made to believe that they are not needed or loved by anyone.
I do not know which is worse: face to face bullying or cyber bullying. All I know is that both forms of bullying can damage a very sensible and wonderful person to the point of committing suicide.
According to research, girls are more likely to be both victims and perpetrators of cyber bullying and knowing how mean girls can be its not surprising that they actually do that.
People bully others because they are jealous of who those people are. They bully others because they think their victims have no way of defending themselves. One other absurd reason people bully is because they probably went through the same thing and just want others to know what they went through but that's not right.
The fact that you suffered does not mean that an innocent person who has no idea of what you went through should be put through such misery.
It's best to talk to someone who has had some experience with issues pertaining to bullying be it cyberbullying or face to face bullying. Don't let the fact that you have been bullied make you timid. Learn to face your fears; stand tall and let them know you are going to be the best version of yourself.
You are beautiful, you are loved, you are not a loser and most importantly, you are not worthless.
